Prove on baking tray at 28 degrees for
about (2) hours and 30 mins, cut the
surface of the bread before putting in the oven, pre-heat oven to 240 degrees
Celsius, bake for 20 mins at 190 degrees
Celsius.

Prove for (2) hours at 28 degrees Celsius.
Glaze with eggs (if required) and bake for 10-12 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.




Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and
bake for about 8-10 mins, leave to cool
for 15 mins.
